Hey everyone.
This is a new experience for me, so you'll have to bear with me. A writer I may be, but never before a blogger. However, as many of you know, I will soon be deep within the jungle of South America [to put it dramatically]. I won't have access to internet often or for extended periods of time. I'm guessing I will make it into town and the online world once or twice a week. Rather than try to email individually, I plan to keep a journal throughout the week. Snippets of this journal will be available for your reading pleasure on my newly-founded blog.
Anyways, that's about all I've got for now. The best way to get in touch with me right now is still my cell phone. Tomorrow morning Denton and I are flying back to Lincoln, Nebraska. I will be there until next Friday, then I'm driving my car back to California. Things are still in the works, but I hope to leave the States by the beginning of February.
Like I said, that's all I've got for now. [Which means I'm supposed to stop now, huh?]

Glad to see you finally got a google account. Not quite sure who finally convinced you of it's superiority to hotmail :). Anyway, I just want you to know that while your away I'll be e-mailing, reading, and commenting on your blogs. If you ever get lonely over there just remember that I will most definitely be thinking about you at the same time too. Love you babe!
